Walter Emiedafe is the CEO of Sapient Vendors Limited, one of Nigerian Fastest growing construction companies with over a decade in the industry experience in providing practical engineering solutions for residential, commercial and industrial clients across the telecoms, power, oil and gas, banking, real estate, maritime and construction sector. A graduate of Statistic from the University of Ibadan and an alumnus of FATE Foundation, Walter possesses more than a decade long experience in project management and business development, He has successfully manage over 80 projects to completion for diverse range of clients including MTN Nigeria, MRS Oil Nigeria PLC, Advans Lafayette Microfinance Bank Limited, JNC International Limited and Mutual Benefit Homes and Properties Limited amongst others. Under Walter’s stewardship, Sapient Vendors Limited has grown from startup ventures of four employees to one of the leading names in Nigerian engineering and construction industry. It has successfully executed over 90 projects valued at more than ₦0.5billion across Nigeria till date and has created over 600 construction jobs in the process. The company was recognized by the London Stock Exchange Group in 2019 as one of the 360 “Companies to Inspire Africa” and by Businessday in 2018 as one of the top 100 fastest growing SMEs in Nigeria. Walter’s Leadership of Sapient Vendors Limited and devotion to nurturing Africa’s entrepreneurial talents has earned him several awards and recognition including Mentoring roles at the Tony Elumelu Foundation, National Mentorship Movement and Fate Foundation.
