Socio fundador y CEO del estudio OMC Abogados & Consultores, tiene a su cargo la dirección del área de Propiedad Intelectual desde donde aporta su experiencia en temas de registro de marca, patentes, diseño industrial y derechos de autor. También es miembro fundador de la red IP Latino.
Es un frecuente colaborador de medios especializados en temas legales, en el Perú y en el extranjero. Actualmente figura en los rankings de Propiedad Intelectual elaborado por Chambers and Partners, Managing IP y The Best Lawyers.
