As the head of MR Lenses Optical Holdings Group, I closely collaborate with buyers of ophthalmic lenses to optimize their supply chain and enhance inventory management processes. I specialize in business process re-engineering applied to supply chain & logistics to secure efficiency and pass these savings to our global clientele. I co-founded MR Lenses to address quality consistency issues and supply chain challenges within the ophthalmic industry. In doing so, I established an advanced process for developing, manufacturing and distributing leading edge ophthalmic lenses worldwide. Since our inception, we have grown to serve global customers in 26 countries across five continents.
