Emma Rich

As part of Endsight’s China Team, Emma Rich is the lead on Sino-Latin American issues, supporting clients on Chinese commercial activities in Latin America and inter-governmental relations. Emma’s China experience began when she, at just seventeen moved on her own to Shanghai, China without prior language skills or contacts, to study at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. After thriving in the Chinese environment, she returned to the United States to continue her studies at Duke University, receiving dual BA degrees in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations and Asian and Middle Eastern Studies with a concentration in Chinese.

Emma grew up primarily in Chile and Argentina, where she traveled extensive throughout South America, parts of Europe, China, and Japan, igniting her passion for international relations. She is a native English and Spanish speaker with advanced proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and a conversational French.
