Jeremy Harris

I am a Ph.D. Economist specialized in international trade. In my work I have focused on free trade agreements, preferential market access, and especially rules of origin. I speak fluent Spanish, and have worked in most countries in Latin America. Many of the projects I have participated in involve systematizing economically relevant information and making it available to a broad audience. As the Team Leader for the IADB's INTrade system, I have worked with databases of preferential and non-preferential tariffs, rules of origin, tariff rate quotas, import and export statistics, and sanitary and phytosanitary (SPS) measures.
