I have been involved in product research and development for over 15 years. All our products have been developed by myself and I enjoy introducing new products to the market. I like using Caribbean fruits and vegetables because the quality is high and they are full of flavour. As a vegetarian I wanted to make traditional Caribbean condiments naturally. The Caribbean is famous for hot sauces and I wanted the world to experience them without artificial colors or preservatives. All our products are shelf stable despite the absence of artificial preservatives. I have also placed label design high on my priority list because I wanted consumers to be attracted to our products.As the person involved 100% in the business I have been able to pass on my food processing experience to many other entrepreneurs in the food industry.
