Jose Maria

Jose has been managing Pagus World Group and since 2007. He played an integral part of the launch of the company and establishing Pagus extremely successful HR systems and processes. Jose was instrumental in establishing the HR Management system that integrates core HR and Global Payroll. Mr. Maria has taken a leading role in delivering outsourcing services to a wide variety of clients including HR Managers, Payroll Managers, CFOs and other C Suite executives regarding global payroll and HRIS at Fortune 500 level and above.
Jose has been the lead Project Manager with some prestige clients, including several General Electric spin outs, leading the implementation in some 80 countries globally. Jose has also lead the implementation of Service Share Center for LATAM in Bogotá – Colombia for multi-national organisations again coordinating the implementation of payroll and HRIS solutions.

Jose is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
