Daniel Fernández

I have experience in Consulting at Ernst & Young, Human Capital Project Management at Dos Pinos, and Strategic Planning, Brand Implementation, Supply Chain Management at Ferba Internacional. Besides my work experience, a have a License Degree on Industrial Engineering at Universidad de Costa Rica, and a High School Degree from Lincoln School. Both have made me an all-around professional with a clear emphasis on organized growth through process design, standardization, strategic planning, human capital management and efficient operational practices based on engineering, lean and six sigma concepts. Last, I have a strong personality, willing to defend my points of view persistently, while accepting constructive criticism and inputs in order to mediate conflicts and improve my work performance. I consider people are the strongest asset any company has, therefore integration among areas and work collaborators is key.
