I am a food engineer who is passionate about food quality and safety, which without a doubt has been extended to our way of working and our finish products. I started my career in the quality assurance area and over time I became interested in administrative and commercial processes. To complement my studies, I obtained an MBA, which has given me the opportunity to develop in different areas within the company. The complement of scientific and administrative knowledge has allowed me to better understand the needs and requirements of the clients, and to be proactive when dealing with their doubts and requests.
