•more than 20 years experience in Project Management and development of Architectural Design and Executive Projects activities for touristic enterprises (touristic / hotel resort with construction estimate of R$ 100,000,000), Airport Lounges/Transit Hotel/Spa (R$ 25.000.000,00), residential condominiums (R$ 90,000,000), several department stores (R$4,000,000), gas stations, convenience stores, corporative architecture and interior design. •7 years experience in a big retail company managing and developing of architecture executive projects compatibilizations with installations and structures for street and mall department stores. •Viability studies for new spots, cost estimates and production of technical documentation to be used in the new spot economic potential, initial investment, operational costs and return time analysis. •Contracts management and bids development for the selection of architecture, engineering projects companies •Development and approval of legal projects for protected historical patrimony, in city halls, INEPAC and IPHAN, as well as their executive and detailing projects. •Facilities Supervising activities – Supervising the maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings and other services. Selection and companies contracting for building maintenance, supervision of the external teams (contractors, electricians, carpenters, plumbers, specialized cleaning, etc) and coordination of resident ones (printers and reproduction pool, cleaning, courier, office-boys). •Development of reform projects, layouts and space planning for the company headquarters, bids for contractors and building companies' selection, as well as supervision of their works. •Support to expatriated employees' residences, executing inspections and written reports for rental contracts, selection of companies for general maintenance and supervision of their works.
