Descripción
The Republic of Honduras has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the Program for the Comprehensive Strengthening of the Tegucigalpa Trauma and Emergency Care Network, and it is proposed to use part of the funds for the acquisition, supply and installation of electric generators to strengthen the hospital infrastructure at the Juan Manuel Gálvez and Aníbal Murillo hospitals.
The bidding process comprises two lots:
Lot 1: Supply and installation of a 480 V, 220 KVA stand-by generator, ATS 400A (ATS-P) open loop and ATS 400A (ATS-G) closed loop for the Juan Manuel Gálvez Hospital.
Lot 2: Supply and installation of a 480 V, 220 KVA stand-by, ATS 300A open loop and ATS 300A closed loop generator for the Aníbal Murillo Hospital.
The procurement will be carried out in accordance with the International Public Bidding (IPL) procedures established in the Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods Financed by the IDB, and is open to bidders from all eligible countries. Participants shall comply with the technical, financial and legal requirements specified in the tender documents. In this process, the Best Final Offer (M.O.F.) method will be applied, and a margin of preference will be granted to national contractors.
