Descripción
The Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral (ESPOL) has received a loan from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) to finance the cost of the Program for Strengthening the Innovation Ecosystem of the Ecuadorian Coast (EC-L1261) and it is proposed to use part of these funds to make payments under the contract "Design, construction, equipment and EDGE certification of the building for research in agribusiness, ESPOL (Gustavo Galindo Campus, Guayaquil)" (EC-L1261-P00064).
The tender will be conducted in accordance with International Public Bidding (IPL) procedures under the two-envelope Request for Bids (RFS) method, established in the Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (GN-2349-15). The contract will be a lump sum contract under the modality of sole responsibility and contemplates an execution period of 540 days.
