Descripción
The Government of Suriname has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and intends to apply part of the proceeds to the design and construction of a Plant Health Diagnostic Laboratory and complementary infrastructure for the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries (LVV).
The procurement will be conducted through International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures in accordance with IDB Procurement Policies and is open to all eligible bidders from IDB member countries.
