Descripción
The Plurinational State of Bolivia has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the National Technical Irrigation Program with a Basin Approach I and intends to use part of these funds for the contracting of works.
The object of the contract is the construction of the Villa Esperanza Dam in San Lorenzo, with an estimated execution period of 780 calendar days.
The bidding will be conducted in accordance with the International Public Bidding (IPL) procedures established in the Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods Financed by the IDB, and will be open to all bidders from eligible countries.
Qualification requirements include administrative, legal, financial, assurance, technical, and experience aspects.
Interested parties may obtain the complete bidding document in Spanish by written request to the address indicated in the call, to the corresponding email, or through the SICOES portal (www.sicoes.gob.bo), using the CUCE: 25-0086-10-1583050-1-1. The process will also be published on the IDB's website, in all cases at no cost.
