The National Authority for Government Innovation (AIG) of the Republic of Panama, as the executing agency of the Panama Digital program (PN-L1171) financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (Loan No. 5501/OC-PN), has launched the International Public Tender No. LPI 006-2025 for the "Contracting of a Help Desk (NOC) for the National Multiservice Network and After-Hours Care for Critical Services".
The process will be governed by the IDB's Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods (GN-2349-15) and is open to all bidders from eligible countries. No margin of preference will be granted to national contractors.
Requirement: Declaration of maintenance of the offer.

The contract seeks to guarantee the continuous operation and specialized technical support of the National Multiservice Network, including attention to critical incidents outside of regular hours.
