NomadUX is a leading outsourced business services provider (BPO) in Central America, based in Costa Rica, with a range of highly effective services that save business both time and money. We work in partnership with our clients, to help maximise their profits, by handling the none-core elements of their business, so they can focus their time and energy on the key areas of their organisations. NomadUX is an expansion of a large group of companies in the United Kingdom, known as Cavendish Wood based in London. The 'Nomad Corporation S.A.' and the business operations were established in Costa Rica in May 2013. We provide ongoing expertise and support for our clients, helping them to achieve their goals and business objectives, through the effective partnership between NomadUX and our clients businesses. NomadUX offers a full range of Outsourced Services including: •HR Administration staff training, appraisals, recruitment, dismissals, administration •Sales & Marketing management managing the clients sales staff, or employing the staff directly and producing and implementing marketing plans •Direct employment of client staff through NomadUX to remove clients employment and labour law liabilities •Payroll administration simple administration and payments to staff for a monthly administration fee, or the direct employment and payment of staff by NomadUX •Staff Recruitment Senior and mid-management level •Consulting diagnosing and evaluating businesses, identifying issues and opportunities, and implementing effective solutions •Project Management managing specific client projects, and implementing new processes & procedures •Staff training & Development sales, marketing, customer service •English language teaching & coaching for staff, senior executives, foreign workers etc •CPA accounting from one of our associate partners •Legal from one of our associate partners
