Esedes is a company in the field of Psychology and works with Human Development. The proposal is to help people get to know each other, and therefore to know more about their core abilities, and to develop those that are needed. The goal is for people to acquire emotional intelligence to deal with their personal, social and professional issues. For this we have training whose main instrument of self-knowledge is the Enneagram. The Enneagram is a system that identifies in a broad and at the same time deep, 09 types of personality or better of skills built in human development. People, when they get to know each other, realize how they are and become aware of the differences between themselves and others. It recognizes its way of being, through the knowledge of how it feels, thinks and acts and mainly, becomes aware of its reactivities that prevent it from being more assertive. ESEDES with the use of the Enneagram helps people in personal, social and professional relationships. It acts in the individual being, but also in the organizational being and currently our objective is also in the educational area.
