Descripción
The Inter-American Development Bank intends to hire consulting services for the diagnosis and collection of information on social issues in Venezuela.
Consulting services include:
- Generate data and information on social conditions in Venezuela that reflect the constant changes in households and make available to those responsible for social policies the necessary evidence for the design of these policies.
- Use innovative methodologies for data collection.
- At the end of this consultancy, it is expected to obtain (1) A data set at the individual and household level comparable to the Survey of Living Conditions (ENCOVI) of Venezuela (2) The metadata that contains all the information on the methodology of the collection of data, data sheet and data dictionary.
The consultancy activities must be carried out in a period of 4 months.
