The IDB intends to contract consulting services for the operational execution and coordination of the implementation of the DIGITAC-HUB Regional Public Good

Services include:

• Component 1: Consolidation of the DIGITAC-HUB community: The consulting firm will coordinate the consolidation of the DIGITAC-HUB Community of Practices that involves all relevant actors in the sector, such as line ministries, representatives of the private sector and other partners. strategic, such as sectoral associations, chambers of commerce, among others.
• Component 2: Development of analyses, diagnoses and learning modules: The firm will be in charge of (i) carrying out analyzes and knowledge activities such as, for example, sectoral studies, surveys and benchmarking, with the aim of understanding the needs of the companies (mainly MSMEs) in the field of digital and green transformation and the state of the art in the region and internationally (ii) content development and implementation of learning modules in the field of digital and/or green transformation and the definition of leaves clear path and implementable in the sector.
• Component 3: Creation of the technological structure of the DIGITAC-HUB: The consulting firm will ensure (i) the consolidation of the digital HUB for the sector (ii) will guarantee adequate data management of the online HUB and the creation of a governance structure that will clarify the ownership of the harvested data and its possible uses.
• Component 4: Management and consolidation of a crowdsourcing space as part of the DIGITAC HUB: The firm will be responsible for (i) consolidating and nurturing a crowdsourcing space (part of the HUB) based on innovative solutions to be identified through calls for ideas, innovation challenges or other mechanisms considered relevant, to be developed together with the IDB's internal team (ii) finance the implementation of the pilot of the most innovative proposals under the recommendation of the IDB's internal team.
• Component 5: Communication strategy and management of the dissemination process: The consulting firm will be responsible for the development of a functional dissemination strategy for the launch of the DIGITAC HUB platform and all the necessary activities to share lessons learned and to stimulate a learning process and functional feedback to the generation of public policies for the sector.
