Descripción
The IDB intends to hire consulting services for the preparation and execution of a Social Communication Plan for Highway Concession Projects in Santa Catarina.
Consulting services include conducting research on the institutional, social and media environment with the identification of opinion makers and decision makers who are related to the Highway Concession Project being structured by the IDB, aiming at the development of social communication and communication strategies institutional framework with the identified audiences, including a Communication Plan and its execution. The purpose of the Service is also to guarantee the dissemination of the Project to society, involving transparency and Stakeholder engagement, meeting the information and communication needs of all interested parties, in addition to fostering social participation.
