Dear Sirs, ATEMPORA Consulting is a consulting company in Global Logistics and International Trade, acting in the segments of Mining, Steel, Cement, Textiles, Agribusiness, Oil, Gas, Energy and Port Operations, can serving them in full or in part, at all respective stages of their international trade processes as follow: 1. Market intelligence 2. Market research 3. New infrastructure projects 4. Negotiation of purchase and/or Sale of steel products (i.e. Blooms, Plates, Billets, Rods, bars, rods and profiles, HRC, etc.), raw materials, inputs, (i.e. scrap, pig iron, iron alloys), Agribusiness (i.e. Grains, fertilizers, implements, etc.), Energy (Machines, equipment), negotiation/Hiring 5. Management of inland transport for cargo handling of import and export between manufactures and departure/arrival terminals. 6. Customs clearance for import and/or export 7. Shipment tracking (photographic Report, Stowage plan, Draft Survey, etc.) 8. Security arrangements / contract for cargo transport 9. Chartering arrangements for vessels freight, to projects, container, breakbulk, multimodal part or full cargo (sea, air, barges, trucks, trains, etc.) 10. Follow-up of all stages of relative processes in order to guarantee and maintain the integrity and quality of the products as set out in the commercial contract; 11. Hiring Exchange to guarantee all the receipts/payments inherent 12. Lay time Outstanding processes (Preparation, analysis, negotiation, Payment/receipt of Demurrage, Dispatch, Detention) 13. Damage Analysis (in cargo and/or on the ship, container, etc.), as like lack of cargo at discharge 14. Financial Performance for settlement of ACC. 15. Credit/financing Lines for new projects from a Germany international banking
