We are a women's family-owned company that produces traditional Mexican dishes and some of our creations. we are located in Zacatlan de las Manzanas, Puebla, which is a beautiful town, where you can enjoy fresh food, taking that as an advantage we decide to prepare ready to eat dishes. Right now we have an FDA registration and we are ready to export our products to the USA. The first 3 products we have developed are Mole Poblano (in powder), Mole Poblano Gluten Free (in powder), and Semillas con Chiltepin / Nuts with Chiltepin. The Mole Poblano is a cultural and traditional dish that has more than 400 years of history, Our Mole Poblano is made out of 19 different ingredients and can be used with a large variety of products, like chicken, turkey, pasta, tortillas, salads, pizza, etc. ** Because one of the woman in our family we develop a Mole Poblano Gluten-Free recipe with nutritional facts tested in a laboratory with a good result. Semillas con Chiltepin / Nuts with Chiltepin: Chiltepin is a tiny red Mexican chili that adds spiciness to any meal. After several tries, we developed a recipe that could be used as a dressing or as a snack, it enhances the flavor of milk-based products, like cheese, creams, cream cheese, and even can be used with breadcrumbs to prepare some meats. Important to mention that we have a production site capable of producing more than 1.5 tons (6,000 pcs of 8.8 oz) per week with a huge opportunity to expand and we are willing to produce as maquila / without our brand.
