Descripción
Supply of goods and related services for the process of Procurement of Meters for the Commercial Metering System of the National Transmission Network.
Qualifications requirements include:
(a) Financial Capacity: The Offeror shall provide documented evidence demonstrating its compliance with the following financial requirements: (i) Bank proof(s) that the Offeror has approved lines of credit covering at least forty percent (40%) of the value of the bid proposed by the bidder in its bid for this tender. (ii) Bank reference and/or proof and audited financial statement reports for the last three (3) years prior to the bid submission deadline.
(b) Experience and Technical Capacity: The Bidder shall provide documented evidence that demonstrates its compliance with the following experience requirements: (i) Copy of three (3) contracts executed in the last five (5) years (2016 to 2020), whose magnitude and nature is similar to that of this bidding process; among others established in the bidding document;
(c) The Offeror shall provide documented evidence demonstrating that the Goods it offers comply with the requirements stipulated in Section VII. "Schedule of Requirements." A Margin of Preference will not be awarded to eligible domestic contractors. Further details are provided in the Bidding Documents.
