Descripción
The Ministry of Health invites eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for the Equipment of the San José Primary Hospital in Matiguás.
Qualification requirements include:
(a) Financial capacity: The Bidder must provide documented evidence that demonstrates its compliance with the following financial requirements: It must present photocopies of the Financial Statements audited by a complete auditing firm (Balance Sheet and Income Statement, including all explanatory notes) of the offeror or each of the members of a JV, corresponding to the last fiscal year (period) (2019), in order to verify availability of liquid assets, which must be at least 30% of the total amount of the offer. The audited financial statements must correspond to accounting periods in accordance with the legislation of each country. Certified financial statements will not be acceptable.
(b) Experience and Technical Capacity: Present at least 2 copies of the contract, purchase orders and / or invoices per lot offered that show the supply of goods similar to the lot offered, the documentation must correspond to any of the following years: 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. The added amount of the aforementioned documents must correspond to at least 50% of the total amount of the lot offered.
(c) Compliance with the equipment delivery deadline established in contracts signed with MINSA from January 2019 to the date of submission of offers. This requirement will be verified by MINSA using the final receipt certificates of the equipment, issued by the Technological Development Directorate. A Margin of Preference will not be granted to eligible national Suppliers. More details are provided in the Bidding Documents.
