Descripción
The METROPOLITAN PUBLIC COMPANY OF POTABLE WATER AND SANITATION EPMAPS will use the funds for the acquisition of goods, contracting works, and consulting services. The necessary services are to update, repower and design the wastewater interception and treatment works in the Checa area, which constitute the Checa, Quinche, Lalagachi, Iguiñaro and Guadalupe WWTPs. The approximate or estimated flows for the Checa and Quinche WWTPs are less than 50l / s and for the Lalagachi and Iguiñaro WWTPs less than 10 l / s, the Guadalupe WWTP is an existing plant of 1l / s. The length of the interceptors reaches 12 km in very irregular topography.
Interested consultants must provide information corresponding to the last 15 years, showing that they have the appropriate experience and qualifications for the execution of studies related to consulting services in final design projects (detailed engineering) in Wastewater Treatment Plants ( WWTPs for a minimum flow of 30 liters / second) and sanitary interceptors, for which it will be described; the treatment capacity (design flow, Q), planned amount of the works and population benefited from each consulting contract (there is no limit to the number of projects to be presented).
EPMAPS-AGUA DE QUITO is responsible for the provision of drinking water services, sanitation and the energy use of its water potential in all functional stages of the water process, in the coverage area of the Distrito Metropolitano de Quito of the República del Ecuador
