The services covered by this contract include:
- Implement the PGAS in all the Program projects.
- Identify, reduce, plan and manage the mitigation of any economic displacement caused by the project.
- Promote the participation in the population program, social actors, business associations and public institutions.
- Coordinate the public consultation processes for each Program's projects.
- Implement and follow up on the Program's complaints and claims mechanism.
- Follow up on the process of obtaining the necessary authorizations for the works.
- Coordinate adequate communication with affected populations in the construction stage of the works.
