With more than 27 years of experience in the professional organization of congresses, Easy Planners has become a major partner for professional associations. This solid history and permanence in the market enables us to count with top technological infrastructure: our offices are equipped with state of the art communications and our staff only includes highly qualified and well trained professionals in their field of expertise. Membership in International Organizations Easy Planners is the only Uruguayan Professional Congress Organizing Company that belongs to the ICCA (International Congress and Conventions Association), global network and meets all the necessary requirements. Furthermore, we had the honor and responsibility of organizing the “44th World ICCA Congress” which took place in Montevideo in 2005. We are also full members of CCOCAL (Confederation of Congress Organizers in Latin America) and are members of AUDOCA (Uruguayan Association of Congresses and Events Organizers), ), and play an essential role in both organizations. During this period Easy Planners has been responsible for hundreds of truly important events and congresses, both national and international, in the professional and governmental, cultural and social fields. Our work has been widely recognized as in the last five years we have received two 1st prize awards from Sheraton hotel and five 1st prize from Radisson to the PCO that more conferences has held in these prestigious hotels.
