The oil is specifically for high performance frying and must meet all the following requirements:
- High smoke level (do not burn fast)
- It must be totally liquid, it can be olein palm, soy or a mixture
- Neutral flavor, without odors that can contaminate the product that is processed with said oil
- Approximate cost between USD 70 to 80 cents per liter, in liter and 20 liter presentations
