Consulting services to implement an integrated human resources management and control system are required

The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) is looking for consultants to support the Secretariat of Health (SESAL) in the implementation of a Human Resources Management and Control System to improve its efficiency. These services include implementing said system, and integrating it with the following sub-systems:

• Work planning
• Employment management
• Productivity management
• Development management
• Compensation management
• Control to guarantee efficiency, transparency, and quality

The estimated length of this contract is 6 months. Eligible consulting firms will be selection based on IDB protocol established in: Policies for the Selection and Contracting of Consultants financed by the Inter-American Development Bank GN-2350-9. All consulting firms are eligible and may express interest, as defined in the policy. If the consulting firm is presented in consortium, one of them must be the designated representative, and will be responsible for all communications, portal registry, and for sending corresponding documentation.
