Descripción
The consulting services that are sought include: The Development of a Strategic Plan for Universal Access to Electricity that incorporates an inventory of projects at the pre-feasibility level, defined by the Diagnosis of geo-referenced information, which includes the formulation and validation of a standardized coverage calculation methodology and the geo-referenced update of the client database, which includes the supply of computer applications (software) and training in all stages of the process of applying strategic planning tools (in a network, isolated systems, mini-networks and individuals), which establishes the frontiers of technological services for the expansion of electricity coverage, information analysis and formulation of policies and strategies for the expansion of access to electricity, as well as the preparation of a guide for the definition of technologies to be recommended in each case, using criteria of financial, technical, social and environmental sustainability.
The deadline for the execution of these services has been estimated at 12 months.
