Zeodratation is a disruptive technology, a new alternative to the most sophisticated existing drying procedures regarding natural products (Fruits, Vegetables, Aromatic Herbs, flowers, algae, mushrooms, among others). During the Zeodratation the product is not exposed to extreme temperature conditions (freezing or contact with hot air), the cellular structures are preserved 100%, as well as their organoleptic properties (taste, color, aroma). This process results in a very gentle drying operation, preserving and concentrating the integrity of the active ingredients such as vitamins, antioxidants, and phytonutrients.
