Virtus Ingeniería was founded in 2005 in Spain to grow in the different areas of Engineering, Design, Project Management and Agent Representation. In 2015 we established Virtus Business Development and Engineering in the USA to become a point of reference in the US market. Based in Miami, Florida, our main activities are: Civil Engineering Industrial Engineering Renewable Energy Concession and Parking Management We have worked mainly in the Spanish and North American markets as a connection among key clients in Spain and America. Headquartered in Madrid, we have now opened an office in Miami and acquired Triangle Associates, a local company specialized in Civil Engineering. Civil Engineering - Activity is done through Triangle. The objective is to diversify the company to other markets and support the establishment of Spanish Construction and Engineering companies in the United States. Industrial Engineering - We represent major suppliers in front of major EPC contractors such as Tecnicas Reunidas, Initec, Intecsa, Sacyr Industrial, Sener, etc. We act as an agent to key industrial suppliers, guiding them in the opening of new business opportunities. Renewable Energy - We have an investment in a key company in the renewable sector, supporting all phases of a project, such as construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance. Concessions - We have signed a partnership agreement with EYSA, leading company in Parking Management and Concessions to enter the US market. We will provide local support and logistics, and bid on long term parking concession projects in the main cities. Our passion is to make our client’s product/services successful through a value chain of events that will lead to successful project completion.
