Sol Organica, S.A. (Sol Organica) is a Nicaraguan food processing company that sources, manufactures, and markets all natural, organic, fair trade and Regenerative Organic Certified® solar dried fruit and fruit powders, tropical fruit purees and juices, and IQF frozen fruit pieces for export to North America, Europe, South America and Asia. We have developed sustainable supply chains for dragon fruit, mango, banana, plantain, pineapple, coconut, passion fruit, lime, cacao and coffee.Sol Organica is a certified B Corp with 15 of our own agronomists working with over 1,200 smallholder farmers, providing them with technical assistance to maximize yields and quality and helping them to achieve the organic, fair trade, FSA and ROC™ certifications. We purchase the fruit from these farms and transform them in our own FSSC22000-certified processing plant. We know the farmers by name and control all stages of the value chain, assuring full traceability, transparency and authenticity.
