The Rizek's have been cocoa growers in the Dominican Rep since 1905, the family owns approx 27 farms, but also has tight links with 4,500 small farmers who belong to a large non-profit foundation, sponsored by Rizek. All our cocoa is processed by us at an unique facility, resulting on beans with distinctive flavour profiles. During the last decade we have specialized in certified, fine flavor and estate grown cocoas. Our beans are certified Organic, Rainforest, Fairtrade USA and UTZ.
