An AgroBusiness company integrating Organic Farming and Botanical Brewing. We farm our own certified organic ginger, turmeric, and moringa. With these we produce non-alcoholic probiotic fermentations and bottle them to meet healthy trends in beers and tonics. Currently, we make Mexico's first non-alcoholic, probiotic Ginger Beers and Turmeric Tonics under the brand name: COXALA. Our mission consists in improving integral health to all. By integral health we mean physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. By recognizing the value of integrality we work towards designing communities of probiotic lactic fermented microbiota aimed at supporting the anti-inflammatory responses and immune systems of the human body. We then use these same probiotic cultures to improve the effectiveness of the microorganisms living in our organically farmed soils to feed our dearest roots: Ginger and Turmeric. These is a virtuous cycle of regenerative agrobusiness. Our agro- business model extends to educating the local peasants and farmers with small parcels to grow our sacred roots. This implies selecting candidates and training them to learn and apply the regenerative agricultural principles into their own soils. We work together and build a community of concerned farmers to produce the best organic roots possible. Another virtuous cycle of regenerative agrobusiness. COXALA Organic Ginger Beer and COXALA Organic Turmeric Tonic are responding to new trends in botanically fermented craft brews with an emphasis on quality and a touch of age shredding elixers.
