PSL is a CMMi level 5 company that provides nearshore software development services to clients in the US and Latin America, at highly competitive costs. Over the past 25 years, we have developed critical software applications for clients that range from the Panama Canal and the largest banks in the region, to hundreds of small and medium businesses across different industry verticals. Starting from a passion for excellence and a love for what we do, the PSL team delivers nearshore software services that demonstrably fall within the range of best-in-class anywhere in the world. We promise to deliver lower cost, more reliable software solutions that are delivered faster. This, of course, is easy to say, but at PSL we stand by this promise, allowing clients to monitor productivity and error injection metrics on an ongoing basis. Facts support our claim: over the past five years we have delivered software with less than 0.3 errors per 1,000 lines of code in 18 months of operation. Delivering quality software defferentiates us. Whatever we develop that does not fall within our standards is on our dime. Indeed, our commitment to excellence made us recipients of the 2006 IEEE Software Process Achievement (SPA) Award, an engineering accolade previously granted to only 9 companies in the world, such as NASA, IBM, Raytheon and Boeing.
