Family owned business dedicated to the production, processing and exporting of hot pepper based ingredients for the food industry. Currently we contract over 95% of our pepper needs with over 300 farmers located in various strategic regions of Ecuador and Peru. We provide these farmers with GAP supervision and guaranteed prices for the crops they produce. Our main processing center in Ecuador is located in the town of Santo Domingo De Los Tsachilas, about 150 kilometers West of Quito, Ecuador. In Peru our main processing plant is located near the town of Piura. Our company is ISO 22000 and Kosher.
