The name Pearl Organic Chocolate was born from the idea of defining the most valuable product that comes from cacao to be chocolate. In turn, it seeks to reflect the exclusivity, luxury and elegance that comes with having a pearl in your hands. • The brand “Perla Organic Chocolate” has it’s own organic fine-aroma cacao farm called “Finca Agua y Tierra”, located in the province of Manabi, on the Ecuadorian coast, therefore, we can perform a thorough quality control in the entire production chain of chocolate, from cocoa planting up until the final product. • In several of the presentations, Pearl Organic Chocolate has introduced a manually husked cocoa nib. The cocoa nib is obtained from roasted cocoa beans that are then husked manually. It is interesting to know that eating a cocoa nib contains 4.55 calories, of which: 2.27 grams are good fats 1.74 grams are carbohydrates 0.52 grams are protein. What Pearl Organic Chocolate is doing by placing a nib cocoa in their presentations, is informing consumers the origin of chocolate since the cocoa nib, being grounded, is transformed into chocolate, in addition to allowing the consumer to eat the raw material since it is healthy.
