If you are planning to bring equipment, giveaways or any type of working material in bulk, we suggest that you start this process at least 30 working days prior to arrival. due to extensive handling in international shipments, you must use sturdy, top quality boxes for packing. The boxes have to contain a seal spray outside of them after packed it, and also a label, number and the contents of each box them. Do not put any other information on the inside or outside of boxes. b. Send us a detailed list of the contents of each box along with the commercial value of each item. All items must be declared. c. We can also assist you in arranging shipments from any location directly to Dominican Republic. d. Your boxes will be opened in Dominican customs.(DGA) In order to facilitate the import of your merchandise into Dominican Republic and to avoid problems in Dominican customs it is important that you follow these instructions. 3. Customs process. I. Temporary imports : Includes all kind of equipment, electronics, displays, machines, cars, trucks etc. that will enter into Dominican Republic and be returned to the origin country. You must supply us with the manufacturer, model and serial number, country of origin and fcc id# for computers, titles. Certification of equipment use and time. Giveaways, office supplies : Gifts for customs Dominican goods are considered normal and charged as such, you have to do the similar process like a normal charge.
