The world of transport and logistics is complex with many obstacles. Kalima Shipping is a freight forwarder, a company that provides supply chain solutions to importers,exporters, traders, and freight forwarders that are interested in expanding their business. We combine a core of air, ocean freight and logistic services that allow companies that are involved in international markets to deliver their products from one point to another in the world in a safe way. We are globally integrated in many countries, so we can manage customer needs and take care of their supply chains. We have passion for solutions to take care of our customer and partner needs. One of our target customers are entrepreneurs and Small and Medium Enterprise´s that are just starting to enter international markets. Mostly lead by women in the artisanal clothing and jewelry business addhering to fair trade rules. We aim to identify business opportunities, to understand the needs of our clients, time saving techniques, cost reduction, and access to international markets. Thus we promote artisanal products creating a commercial network, and business contacts aligned to the country brand. OUR MISION: To deliver the highest quality freight forwarding solutions and services consistently with passion, integrity, and energy. Our prime objective is to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction with the most economical and modern work methodology available. We build our customers' competitive advantage by supplying them with reliable solutions and friendly service. We focus on international freight forwarding, transport, logistics and express solutions exceeding the expectations of our customers. We aim to establish long-term, constructive relationships with our clients on the basis of mutual trust and understanding; to honor commitments towards all stakeholders
