IKONS ATN is a firm mainly aimed at the development, assessment, design, and financing of Public-Private Partnership transactions (hereinafter PPPs) and; at the development and application of convenience analysis methodologies and studies related to the fields of infrastructure and services. IKONS ATN participates jointly with IKONS GUASCH & ASSOCIATES CORP., which specializes in the development of comprehensive consultancy services aimed mainly at multilateral organizations and international cooperation agencies for the European, Asian and African markets. IKONS ATN has a legally constituted branch in Peru. Its objective is to render the same services that its head office does, but exclusively aimed at the dynamic Peruvian market. It is also actively present in Colombia, Ecuador, Uruguay and Guatemala. In Guatemala, it has the permanent opportunity to purchase 97% of the shares corresponding to the firm Obras y Diseños de Calidad. IKONS ATN is the leading firm in Latin America in terms of development and application of eligibility methodologies, value for money, comparative analyses with quantitative and qualitative criteria, contingent liability analyses, and in addition, it has ample experience in the development of transactions in several sectors such as, transport, health, public buildings, justice, among others, as well as their application to PPPs in order to design transactions, promoting strategies and financial assessments. IKONS ATN has an ISO 9001:2000 Quality Certification, granted by IRAM/IQNET (2011), which guarantees that its processes and procedures meet the international quality standards in the assessment of fields such as economics, finance, institutional, commercial, civil engineering and architecture.
