FLOR DE LA PAZ is a Mexican non-profit Foundation, specialized in organic Agribusiness that’s rooted in a land that has been cultivated with care and dedication under the principles and tenets of Agro-ecology. Currently we produce four medicinal loose leaf herbs: · Lemmon Verbena · Giant Hyssop · Lavender · Chamomile WE ARE CERTIFIED BY · USDA Certified Organic Herbs · Mxbio-154 Agricultura No EU · SAGARPA (Mexican Secretari Agriculture Livestock Rural Development Fisheries and Food) OVERVIEW The Foundation is the offspring of Dieter Le Noir MD, MD, who is a well-respected professional in Mexico City. Dr. Dieter obtained his MD certificate from UNAM, Mexico, and has studied Integrated Medicine in the USA, India and Germany, as well as Anthroposophical Medicine and Biodynamic Agriculture in Switzerland. In his practice, Dr. Dieter required medicinal herbs 100% organic and trustworthy in terms of quality and microbiological control. After thorough investigation, Dr. Dieter decided that, to comply with these requirements, he would have to have control over the entire process, so he acquired land in a nearby rural area with pristine water and, for several years, proceeded to heal the soil with the most advanced organic and Biodynamic production techniques. In the process of developing his organic Agriculture project, Dr. Dieter, was taken aback by the extreme poverty and harsh living conditions of the people in and around his farm. In that moment, he decided to expand his reach to the social sphere and with the enthusiastic participation of few Mexican businessmen, FLOR DE LA PAZ Foundation was created (visit flordelapaz.com). At its center lies caring for the fertility of the land and for the people that cultivate it.
