The development of a medical Ecowas Medical Village Limited is a mixed development of a hospital, high class hotels (4-star and 2-star), commercial centre, and exclusive residential facilities for clients, medical officers as well as offices for staff use and for rentals. ▪ The Project is to be sited on a 40 acre prime site located at Westlands Achimota adjacent to the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration in Accra. The location of the project is about 10 minutes drive from Accra’s main International Airport. ▪ The Project’s main objectives are as follows : – Develop a State of the Art international hospital complex with satellite hospitals in other Ecowas countries with various specializations; – Develop other ancillary projects like support hotels, medical shopping malls, doctors’ apartments and offices blocks to meet Ghana and West Africa’s current demand in terms of modern international standard health care, related residential spaces, offices and parking facilities; – Strengthen the attractiveness of the metropolis of Accra by offering health care and other property solutions that match citizens’as well as visitors’interests. – Target the West African market, the citizens in the sub region, who usually go to other parts of the world for medical check-up and care. facility in Ghana. www.ecomedicalvillage .com
