We are a consulting and supply chain management company. We have developed a due diligence process in order to minimize the risks during the planning, structuring and development stages of supply chain projects with China and Asia. 1. We do market studies to identify potential suppliers 2. We verify those supplier with legal verifications, factory audits, and document audit 3. We assist clients in the negotiation of commercial terms with their suppliers 4. We are in capacity of performing quality controls during the different stages of the production cycle and according to international standard ISO 2859: - Raw materials inspections - Initial production inspection (10-25% of the goods finished) - During production inspection (50% of the goods finished) - Final random inspection (100% of the goods finished) 5. We also can perfom Loading Supervisions 6. International Freight 7. Customs clearance and local transport Our services portfolio is customized according to the clients needs and requirements
