Encierra is a family project, that have been involved in the wine business for more than 5 generations .Located in Peralillo, Colchagua Valley .Owners of 200 hás of vines, from which we choose the best grapes and produce 34,000 bottles of a blend (Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere, Syrah , and Petit verdot) named ENCIERRA. The main objective of ouwr project is demonstrate that we can produce a high end wine, with our grapes, that will be recognize as one of the bests. We export near the 50% to different markets, such as Europe, Asia, North América, and the rest at the local market. Our challenge is reach other markets, and ENCIERRA to be know as one of the bests
