The CIMSAL. - Trade and Industry Milling and Refining Santa Cecilia Ltda, salt industry founded in 1974, has Headquarters in Areia Branca / RN, and branches in Mossoro / RN, Fortaleza / CE and São Bernardo do Campo / SP, aims in the social contract the production, extraction, grinding and refining of sea salt. The industrial park is formed by Salinas Pedrinhas and Uirapuru. In addition to the activity of production and extraction of sea salt by solar evaporation, it is structured with modern processes of Refining and Grinding of the salt product, to attend to several consumer market segments, in particular: human, animal and chemical industry. With a production area of approximately 3,000 hectares, it is among the five largest companies producing salt by solar evaporation in Brazil.
