Cachaça Coqueiro consecrates almost five centuries of the Paratyense art of making cachaça, liquors, alchemy and secrets transmitted between generations and families of the land. It is produced by Eduardo José Mello, heir to a wisdom born in the 18th century, when his ancestors already distilled the soul of sugar cane. Talented alambiqueiro, passionate about the craft of inventing cachaça, which he learned from his father, master Antônio Mello, and from his grandfather, the legendary José Mello, creator of eternal cachaças, Eduardo José Mello is a scholar, dedicated and has been working hard , together with his wife, Angela Maria Calegario Mello, every day, in the improvement of the delicious Cachaça Coqueiro, a cachaça with character and personality. Today, Eduardo and Angela, pass on their knowledge to their children, Eduardo Calegario Mello and Angelo Calegario Mello, who has been maintaining the Secular Tradition of the family in producing Brazilian Distillate with a view to environmental preservation, ensuring a sustainable cycle from production to delivery.
