AVALON CONTACT CENTER & BPO is headquarted in Guatemala, a country currently viewed as an emerging outsourcing hub within the Global Outsourcing industry. We started in 2012, as a result of several requests from our corporate group’s clients to manage a variety of their transactional and client facing processes, such as debt collection, risk assessments and customer service, amongst others. Vision: Provide business solutions on a global scale, that contribute significantly with our client’s ongoing efforts to achieve their corporate mission.
