Le Chef de projet (COP) est basé au bureau principal du projet à Cap Haïtien, Haïti, avec des déplacements fréquents au bureau régional aux Cayes et des visites sur le terrain. Le COP assure une direction technique et administrative globale au projet. Il sert de principal interlocuteur avec l'USAID/Haïti sur les aspects de gestion et techniques, ainsi qu'avec d'autres partenaires d'exécution, donateurs et parties prenantes clés (locales et internationales). Le COP doit avoir démontré sa capacité à travailler dans des environnements complexes et à gérer des équipes diversifiées et importantes pour obtenir un impact.

HRASA s'appuie sur des décennies d'investissement de l'USAID dans le secteur agricole haïtien et catalyse l’ingéniosité et l'innovation des acteurs du système commercial haïtien pour transformer les systèmes agricoles de manière à les rendre plus compétitifs, inclusifs et résilients, favorisant ainsi la sécurité alimentaire d'Haïti, le développement économique durable et le Chemin vers l'Autonomie.

USAID Feed the Future Haiti Resilience and Agriculture Sector Advancement (HRASA) is looking for a The Chief of Party (COP) 

The Chief of Party (COP) is based at the Project’s Main Office in Cap-Haïtien, Haiti, with frequent travel to the regional office in Les Cayes, and field visits. The Chief of Party (COP) provides overall technical and administrative leadership and expertise to the project. The COP serves as the primary liaison with USAID/Haiti on management and technical matters as well as the liaison with other implementing partners, donors, and key stakeholders (local and international). The COP must have demonstrated ability to work in complex environments and manage diverse and substantial teams to deliver impact.

HRASA builds on USAID’s decades of investment in the Haitian agricultural sector and catalyzes the resourcefulness and innovation of Haitian market system actors to transform agricultural market systems so that they are more competitive, inclusive, and resilient—ultimately advancing Haiti’s food security, sustainable economic development, and the Journey to Self-Reliance.
