INDUVIC is an innovative platform developed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), in collaboration with ECLAC and the OECD, aiming to revolutionize the management of housing and urban development in the region. Unlike traditional systems based solely on indicators, INDUVIC incorporates data intelligence to analyze trends, anticipate scenarios, and support the design of public policies with greater accuracy and agility.

The platform integrates key information on housing finance, qualitative and quantitative deficits, housing prices, access to basic services, and urban sustainability, all within an accessible and interactive interface. Through the use of artificial intelligence and big data, INDUVIC will enable real-time updates, early warnings, and more efficient and resilient urban planning.

In its first phase, the tool is available to the IDB, ECLAC, and the OECD, with the goal of soon becoming an open system for governments, international organizations, and private sector actors. INDUVIC represents a major step forward toward more inclusive, sustainable, and climate-resilient cities.
